- When you contact us, we’ll start at the beginning. You don’t need your logo or slogan or any other materials immediately – but the sooner you provide content the better. We will work with you to establish your needs, a plan to achieve your goals, and take it from there.

- We use a 5-step development process that generally takes between 3 to 8 weeks to complete. After the site is ready, requested updates are generally performed within 24 hours, but usually closer to 90 minutes.
- All work and support is performed locally in Evergreen Park, IL - on the south-side of Chicago. We are generally available Monday-Friday between 10am and 6pm, though tech support is available 24/7.
- We currently accept checks or credit cards via Paypal. While we don’t typically offer refunds, we stand behind our work 100% and guarantee your satisfaction. Our integrated approval process allows you to make sure the project is where it should be before you pay another penny.
- We offer 2 payment options: plan-based and project-based.
- Plan-based: Our flexible monthly plans include site design & development, hosting, support, and domain name. The monthly price depends on type and size of site as well as contract duration.
- Project-based: Many of our clients prefer to stick to a more traditional web development Fee Schedule.
1. 25% is due after project proposal and plan approval.
2. 40% (65% total) due after design approval.
3. 35% (remainder) due upon final project completion and approval.
- It depends on the project, but we’re pretty sure you’ll want to stay with us after you experience the quality of our services, dedicated staff, and friendly support!
- Absolutely. Well… probably. We can add Paypal, Stripe, and many of the other popular payment methods. Let us know if you have a payment processer in mind.
- We fix bugs for free during the entire life of the project. If you find an issue with the logic or code, we’ll take care of it promptly. Of course, we reserve the right to distinguish between a bug and a feature. We also offer custom Support and Development service bundles.

- 3. Design - After acceptance, the design phase will begin, and be sent for an initial design approval.
